The main task of this book is to help beginners make the leap from studying isolated words and phrases to reading (and enjoying) simple texts in German and Russian.
Students will learn vocabulary, grammar, and idioms by reading short stories and answering questions which are meant to stimulate the active use of words and grammar used in the stories. Reading makes the learning process more smooth and fun.
