The old Fordson and the Ford that followed were incredibly versatile tractors and were arguably converted by more specialist companies like County, Doe, Roadless and many others. We celebrate all this in our magazine with features on restorations, collections, recollections. Tractor collectors may also find that rare part or tractor for sale in our reader’s free ads.

WOOLPIT STEAM RALLY • The Woolpit Steam Rally made a welcome return on May 28th/29th at Warren Farm, Wetherden, in Suffolk, following a two-year, Covid-induced absence. This friendly and very enjoyable show provides a feast for those interested in older tractors and implements, and the organisers deserve plenty of credit for the variety and quality of the machinery they attracted for the enjoyment of an enthusiastic crowd.
